Q: How much does a 3 channel amp cost?
A: I can't give you a quote against such requests unless we discuss your project in detail. Please specify power, type of power tubes, controls, effects etc. After we go through all details then I can give you a more precise estimate for your project.

Q: Where are your amps/products made?
A: They are handmade in Varna, Bulgaria, EU.

Q: What kind of parts do you use in your amps?
A: I use only parts from licensed European and American distributors complying to all European and American/ Canadian standards and regulations.

Q: Can you use XXXXX capacitors, XXXXX resistors and XXXXX output transformer in my amp?
A: Yes, I can use any specific parts that you would request however there may be additional cost involved if they are more expensive than the "stock" parts I'm using or if I have to order them from overseas. In that case I'll give you a quote with "stock" parts and "your" parts.

Q: Are your amps/preamps MIDI switched?
A: MIDI switching is available upon request otherwise my amps are non-MIDI switched. If you order a MIDI switched device a pedalboard is not included unlike if you order regular switching.

Q: Can you integrate XXXXX effect/s into my amp?
A: Usually yes, but depends on the project so let me know what you have in mind.

Q: Where are your transformers made?
A: My transformers are factory made according to my custom specifications and comply to all European standards.

Q: Can I use your amps in the US?
A: My power transformers have universal primaries for 120, 220, 230 and 240V operation. If the AC line voltage in your country is different from the listed let me know and I'll provide an additional voltage tap for it without extra cost.

Q: How do I order an amp from you?
A: Check out the Order and Contacts page to discuss your project.

Q: Do you make preamps or pedals?
A: Yes, I make tube preamps and pedals as well.

Q: How do you ship my stuff?
A: Please let me know where are you located first so I can find the best solution for you but first go to Order.

Q: Do you have anything ready to go?
A: Currently I do only custom items but I'm working on that as you can see in the Products section.

Q: Can you put my name and/or my band logo on my amp?
A: That's not a problem, just let me know what you need.

Q: Are your amps point-to-point or PCB made?
A: Most of the time the amps I build are complex with additional modules and are PCB made. My PCBs are factory made and comply to all technological rules and standards.

Q: How long does it take to complete my amp?
A: Usually there's a waiting list and time is different depending on the project but it takes at least 4 to 6 weeks. I can give you a more precise estimate after you contact me and we discuss your project.
